The Klaviyo integration can synchronize product catalog and order data for email marketing and customer insights.

Requirements

Required connection details:

Klaviyo API key
Enad store group and a positive requests-per-second rate limit
Optional Enad market and warehouse for a scoped connection
Optional Klaviyo newsletter list ID
Storefront product URL prefix

Sync scope

Sync catalog sends products, variants, categories, prices, and related catalog information.
Sync orders sends order data.

The store group is required. Market and warehouse are optional scoping fields.

Configuration

Configuration follows the common integration setup. Rate limit defines the maximum requests per second. User lookup strategy controls whether Enad matches merchant users by email, phone number, or both.

Validation and sync

Connection checks are available under Status → Integration validation. The refresh control runs the checks again. The Sync tab supports resending catalog records. Order delivery is controlled by Sync orders, not by an order option in the Sync tab.
