Sitoo events

Events the Sitoo integration handles and what each does.

The integration pushes product, variant, price, category, stock, and image changes from Enad to Sitoo. Which groups are active is controlled by Enabled events in the configuration.

Products and variants

Event What Enad sends
Product created or updated Creates or updates the product in Sitoo with product number, title, descriptions, barcode, default category, and categories. Products are matched through a stored ID mapping, and a lost mapping is recovered by looking the SKU up in Sitoo.
Product with a single variant Syncs as a plain product with no options.
Product with multiple variants Sends the Sitoo product’s variants, one per Enad variant.
Product or variant unchanged Not sent again. With Only update products if exists on, Enad never creates products that Sitoo does not know.
Product or variant deleted Removes the product or its variants from Sitoo.
Status or category relationship changed Re-runs the product update.

Prices

Event What Enad sends
Prices updated (store group) Prices per variant and store group, tax-inclusive. The store group selects the price; when a market is set, prices are first filtered to that market, and if the market has no price, the first price of the store group is used.
Single price updated (one market) The same selection for that market’s price.

Sale prices are used when the price is on sale, and the reference price is sent as the original price. Zero or negative amounts are not sent. The market filter applies to price events only; product, stock, and category events follow the store group mapping. Unchanged prices are not sent again.

Stock

Stock updates apply only to inventories mapped to Sitoo warehouses in the configuration, and only when stock events are enabled.

Event What Enad sends
Stock updated The quantity for the variant, formatted as a decimal. Negative quantities are sent as 0.
Stock delta The updated quantity after the delta.
Inventory deleted Sets the stock to 0.

FIFO warehouses receive stock as stock-taking batches: Enad opens a batch, writes the quantities, and closes it. If an old batch is still open, it is closed before a new one starts. Virtual warehouses write the quantity directly as warehouse items. Changes that originated in Sitoo are ignored so the two systems do not loop, and stock writes are always sent, without deduplication.

Categories

Event What Enad sends
Category created, updated, or deleted Pushes the category change to Sitoo.
Category relationship created or deleted Re-syncs the affected product, so product categories stay in step with Enad.

Images

Event What Enad sends
Product created or updated Uploads the product’s images to Sitoo as base64 data, one resource per image, keyed by the image URL’s file name. Images Sitoo already has are skipped.
Image relationship created Uploads that single image to the product.
Image relationship deleted Deletes the image by its resource ID.
Image removed from Enad Deletes the product’s Sitoo images that no longer exist in Enad, so the image set in Sitoo matches Enad.

Per-image failures are logged and skipped without failing the whole sync.
