Configuration follows the [common integration setup](/integrations/integrations#integration-setup) and includes the API key and **User ID source**.

The user ID source determines where Gamifiera resolves [merchant user](/merchant-users/merchant-users) IDs:

- **Voyado** sends the Voyado contact ID stored on the Enad user by the [Voyado](/integrations/voyado) integration.
- **Klaviyo** sends the Klaviyo profile ID stored by the [Klaviyo](/integrations/klaviyo) integration.
- **Enad** sends the Enad merchant user ID.

Voyado and Klaviyo sources require that the matching integration has already synced the user. If the stored ID is missing, the update fails and is retried until the ID exists.
